On October 13, Georgia hosted the International Wine & Spirit competition- IWSC
487 Georgian wines were submitted for tasting at the IWSC International Wine Competition, Our wine won a BRONZE MEDAL.
Wine samples which presented at the competition evaluated the international jury.

With help of the National Wine Agency, In order to introduce Georgian wine to the German market, specific tastings were held in the format of a competition, in cooperation with one of the most prestigious company Vinum
As a result of the competition, 24 best Georgian wines were identified, Among them, the Gozauri Saperavi Reserve of the 2015 harvest of Levan Japaridze wines were highly rated.

SAPERAVI GOZAURI 2015 was awarded a silver medal in the International Wine Award 2021 international competition in the red wine category.
Levan Japaridze's wine SAPERAVI GOZAURI 2015 participated in the competition in 2018 and 2021 and won a silver medal both times.
As part of WinExpo Georgia 2021, on October 29-30, up to 300 wine samples were submitted to the 12th International Wine Competition.
On May 28, 2021 in Neustadt, Germany one of the most prestigious German media holding in the wine industry "Meininger" held a competition-tasting to select the best Georgian wines.
152 Saperavi wines made by traditional Qvevri and classic methods from 83 different Georgian wine companies participated in the competition, from which best 55 were selected. Among the best winner wines were Ltd. Levan Japaridze wines Gozauri Saperavi 2015 and Gozauri Family Reserve 2015.
An article on selected wines has already been published in the June issue of Meininger magazine Weinwirtschaft. An article in another magazine of the media holding "Sommelier" will be published in the September issue.
The competition was supported by the National Wine Agency and the German marketing company "ff.k Public Relations", The competition aimed to select the best wines from Georgia and promote them in the German market.
The competition jury consisted of 20 wine experts and WSET certified sommeliers.
